Shake the watermelon pieces and strawberries into a large bowl. Add the feta cheese and olive oil and “season” with salt and pepper and stir. For a touch of decoration and flavor, add torn basil leaves and victory is yours.

The meatiest summer salad on our list is made with jalapeno peppers, corn, and bacon. The latter can be easily removed or replaced with another ingredient. It is this summer salad that will impress even the greatest “butchers” with its lightness, simplicity and taste.
To prepare a summer salad you will need:
3 cups corn
6 slices of bacon cut into pieces
1 teaspoon coriander
1 ground jalapeno pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise

The process is very simple and undemanding. Shake all the ingredients listed in a bowl and mix them until they are completely intertwined. Add all the spices and stir again.

Corn, Bacon and Jalapeno Summer Salad
Shrimp and mango summer salad
A light, simple, seafood summer salad that will nourish you without being too heavy. It contains quite a few Asian ingredients, which settled in Slovenian cuisine a few years ago and have remained here. Finding them will not be difficult, but you can replace them with homemade preparations or other ingredients.
To prepare the garnish for a summer salad, you will need:
2 teaspoons of mass
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
To prepare a summer salad you will need:
450 grams of prepared shrimp
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ heads of Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
1 or 2 mangoes cut into pieces
2 small cucumbers in pieces
1 avocado diced
A pinch of crushed peanuts
Fresh basil or coriander leaves
Preparation of summer salad with mango and prawns
Shake all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and stir until ready. Season the prawns with salt and pepper and fry them in the heated oil for about two minutes on each side. Place them on a plate and let cool. In a large bowl, place the Chinese cabbage slices, mango, avocado and cucumber. Add topping or dressing and toss gently to loosen ingredients. Add the shrimp, crushed peanuts and herbs to the salad.

This summer salad is delicious and wonderful, but it is also the most difficult to prepare and the one that requires the most time and effort. It can be a side dish or a main dish, the choice is yours. It contains many small preparations, which are then combined into a beautiful whole. You can buy some ingredients or make them at home, which will raise the taste of summer salad to a previously unknown level of quality.
To prepare a vinaigrette sauce in a summer salad you will need:
¼ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons of honey
1 clove garlic, grated
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon grated ginger
To prepare candied hazelnuts in a summer salad, you will need:
¼ cup sugar
2/3 cup toasted hazelnuts
Salt and pepper
To prepare “croutons” in a summer salad you will need:
2 teaspoons of butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 slices of bread cut into cubes

To prepare a summer salad you will need:
450 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved
50 grams of lettuce leaves
¼ red onions, thinly sliced
½ fine crushed cheese
The process of preparing a summer salad with tomatoes:
First prepare the vinaigrette sauce: in a small cup, combine all the ingredients indicated and stir. Leave it aside until you need it. Make candied hazelnuts: Shake the sugar in a small saucepan and melt it over low heat. Add the hazelnuts, salt and pepper until the hazelnuts are well coated with sugar. When the caramel begins to smoke, remove from the heat. Place the hazelnuts in sugar on a baking sheet, wait for them to cool and crush them. Prepare the croutons: Melt the butter and oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add bread cubes and stir to coat with butter. Season with salt, pepper (red pepper if desired) and stir occasionally until the bread is golden brown. This should take about ten minutes.
In a large bowl, put the lettuce, onion, tomatoes and half of the croutons and the vinaigrette. Stir and try if you like. You can add even more dressing here if you like. Finally add the remaining half of the croutons, the noble cheese and the crushed candied hazelnuts.

The most classic summer salad is a fruit salad. The recipe we prepared for you contains a certain fruit that you can customize and substitute. Summer fruit salad should be prepared exactly to your taste.
To prepare the dressing for the summer salad you will need:
¼ cup honey
¼ cup orange juice
Lemon juice
To prepare a summer salad you will need:
450 grams of strawberries cut into quarters
150 grams of blueberries
150 grams of raspberries
50 grams of grapes
3 peeled and sliced kiwis
1 orange peeled and cut in half
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 mango, peeled and sliced
The process of preparing a summer salad:
In a small bowl, combine honey, orange juice and lemon juice. Add all the fruit to the large bowl and add the dressing you prepared to the small bowl. Stir gently and place in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
