Polpet hake with yoghurt sauce

We often read that fish is an important food for the fuel and material of our cells, as well as many of us who are also aware of the rarity of these gifts from the sea.

This time we are going to prepare a simple, undemanding and not too popular fish: the Adriatic hake. It is generally prepared breaded (Viennese style).

Hake Polpet is a quick and easy way to prepare delicious white fish with much less effort and time. In addition to hake, you can also enjoy a juicy dill yogurt sauce, considered a good spice for digestion. You will prepare a meal that is nutritious, tasty, mainly protein, healthy and not too high in calories for your body.

You will need:

300g hake fillet
2 wholemeal bread rolls
1 large clove of garlic
Small shallots
Koperc
2 eggs
Crumbs
Salt pepper

Yogurt sauce:

3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
Clove garlic
Salt pepper
Koperc
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

Soak the breads in lukewarm water. Chop the hake, onion, garlic and parsley. Mix everything and add well-pressed bread, eggs, salt, pepper and dill. Stir in as much breadcrumbs as needed to form meatballs. Place them on a crumb board. Fry the meatballs in hot oil (not too hot) for a few minutes on each side. However, if you avoid frying, you can also bake them.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
