Of course, there is the possibility of preparing dishes such as pizzas and burgers yourself. That’s why today we present the five best recipes for a quality burger that you can also prepare yourself.
Gordon Ramsey’s burger
Most likely a populist choice for many, but the quality of the end result is clear. A famous chef’s recipe that the main ingredient is meat, which must be prepared the day before, in addition, it must be well seasoned. Before putting it on the grill, you need to coat the meat with oil. The meat is then placed on a heated grill and moved as little as possible. Season the meatballs and grill them. Do the same with the onions. The meat should also be coated in butter while cooking. Place the cheddar cheese on the meat 30 seconds before the end of cooking. Then coat the bombette with mayonnaise and place the desired vegetables on top, in the lettuce and the original tomatoes. Remove the burger meat and onion from the grill and mix all the ingredients.
Bacon burger
From a specific chef to a specific burger. The bacon burger is a classic choice for all burger lovers. In our case you will need (the recipe is for 4 people):
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion,
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup,
- 1 crushed garlic clove,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce,
- 1 teaspoon of steak sauce and
- 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
You mix all the ingredients listed, then mix additionally with half a kilo of ground beef. You make four meatballs out of it. Then, depending on the desired preparation, cook at 160 degrees Celsius for 4 to 7 minutes and place the cheese on the meat one minute before the end. Combine everything with bombettes and fried bacon. Bombettes and bacon can be prepared and enriched with the desired toppings.
BBQ burger
Here, too, it’s a fairly consistent burger offered in restaurants. In this case, the recipe is made for 6 people, so adjust it to the desired quantity during preparation. For the sauce you will need:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar,
- 1/3 cup of sugar,
- 1/4 cup of honey,
- 1/4 cup molasses,
- 2 teaspoons of mustard,
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcester sauce,
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke and
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook until boiling. Then put the mixture aside and prepare 1 glass of sauce for later and start preparing the meat, for which you need:
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup oats for quick cooking,
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper,
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt and
- half a kilo of ground beef.

Mix everything with the meat and add ¼ of the sauces. Place the meatballs on the grill where you cook them until the temperature reaches 160 degrees Celsius. You can cook everything together again from the desire to cook, somewhere between 6 and 8 minutes. Drizzle with remaining sauce for the last 5 minutes. Finally, mix the sauce, the meat and the bombette.
Juicy Lucy Burger
A standard burger with an interesting complication. The cheese is mixed with the meat. The recipe is redone for 4 people, but to prepare it you will need:
- half a kilo of beef,
- worcester sauce,
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard,
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt and
- 4 slices of cheese.
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add a pinch of Worcester sauce, mustard, garlic salt and finely ground pepper. Mix well then divide into 4 balls. Then you shape thin meatballs. Place each slice of cheese on the halves and place the other halves on top, then press the edges together to keep the cheese completely closed. Add additional seasoning to the meat and cook as desired, optimally about 4 minutes. Finally, you can cook the bombette again and add the desired vegetables to the burger. Those who want even more experimentation can mix bacon into the meatball mixture in addition to the cheese.
The ultimate burger
Of course, most burgers are prepared very similarly and the vast majority deviate from the sauces, but we always have the latest recipe for the ultimate burger ready for you. In this case, the recipe is made for 4 people. For the basic preparation of meatballs you need:
- half a kilo of minced meat,
- 1/2 teaspoon of Worcester sauce,
- 1/2 teaspoon of red onion,
- a pinch of chilli flakes,
- 8 slices of Emmental cheese
- sliced cucumbers.
Mix the ingredients for the meatballs, preferably the day before. Then you tackle the sweet and sour onions you need:
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
- 2 teaspoons of golden sugar and
- 1/2 red onion, very finely chopped.
To prepare the sweet and sour onion, combine the vinegar and sugar in a bowl and stir in the sliced onion. Stir occasionally while preparing the burgers. Put the minced meat in a bowl. You grate the onion on a grater. Add the grated onion to the bowl of minced meat, along with a drop of Worcester sauce, salt and chili flakes. Mix everything by hand and divide into 8 equal parts. From there you make meatballs, which you then cook on each side for 2-4 minutes. Before the end, put the cheese back in, or cook them and put them in the oven with the cheese for 2 minutes.

You need to prepare a special sauce for which you need:
- 2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 2 teaspoons Franco-American mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cucumbers,
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar in a glass and
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup.
You put it all together then. You put two flights in each burger and a sauce and an onion in between. You also spread the sauce on the two bombettes and put onions on top. You can add lettuce and tomatoes again.
